Termination of the Friends
Credit Programme
The Friends Credit Programme will be discontinued by 31
January 2005.
Bonus points in the account, if any,
are to be redeemed by 31 January '05. Cardholders may
convert its friends credit to the friends Loyalty card
at
the friends counter as replacement.
Members with outstandings in the friends credit account
may continue
to make payments to UOB until it is
fully settled. We regret for any inconvenience caused.

Redeem
Bonus points

Voucher
Members
can now redeem your
bonus
points for friends vouchers
on line by going to the bonus page
and click on the voucher for the redemption form. Vouchers will
be sent
to you by mail or collected if
you choose.

Newsletters
In
our next issue, we will send the
friends newsletters via e-mails if you have registered your e-mail
addresses with us. We will continue to send our newsletters to
members in hard copies
for members without e-mail addresses.
Look out for some exciting events and activities at IKEA and some
attractive promotional
offers exclusively for members.

Membership Renewal
Cards
expiring in this month may be renewed at the friends counter, Level
2, IKEA. The renewal fee is $20. However, if
your purchases within the last 2 years exceeded $600 the renewal
fee is waived.
Bonus
Points Expiry
Bonus
points expired on the expiry of your membership. So, please redeem
your bonus
points before the date of expiry as stated on the friends membership
card
Updates
of Addresses
Members
can now update their addresses by visiting the Homepage of the friends
web site. Just click on Update Addresses and complete the form before
submit.
