How to become a friends member?
To
become a friends member, you have to spend a minimum of $300.00
at the IKEA store in a single day. You may have more than one receipts
for the same day. The receipts, together with the application form
can be submitted to the friends Counter at Level 2 near the IKEA
main store entrance. The friends card will be issued to you at the
counter or if you prefer, be mailed to you.
Please note that only one membership card will be issued regardless
of the amount spent & number of receipts presented upon application.

What benefits do I enjoy as a friends member?
- As
a member, you can buy selected items at benefit prices.
- Bonus
points which you have accumulated through your purchases can be
exchanged with the bonus gifts shown in the website and also displayed
at the friends counter.
- Members
will also enjoy 2 cups of free coffee, tea or dispensed soft drinks
and members discounted meal for 2 persons everyday.
- You
may enjoy exclusive opportunities to attend to talks, seminars,
workshops and activities organised for members.
- Special
preview to Annual Sales for members only will also be organised.
- Free
newletters and promotional materials will be sent to friends members
periodically.

When is the expiry date of my friends card?
The
date of expiry for friends card is stated on the card itself.
Membership is for 2 years from the date of issue or in the case
of renewal, 2 years from the date of renewal.

What is the difference between friends Loyalty card & friends
Credit?
The
2 cards enjoy the same benefits except that the friends Credit has
a revolving credit line issued by the bank.

How to check the bonus points accumulated?
You
may check the bonus points accumulated in the following
steps :-
a)
When you collect the free coffee coupon, the bonus points are indicated
on the coupon.
b)
When you redeem your bonus points for free gifts, the friends staff
will inform you of the balance points available.
c) When you log onto the friends website
www.IKEA-friends.com you can key in the IC Nos
in the box provided for you to check and update the status of your
card and bonus points.The address is shown so as to allow you to
check it and inform us if updates are required.
6.
How to redeem my bonus points in my friends account?
You
may redeem your bonus points for free gifts at the friends counter
or
you may redeem your bonus points for friends vouchers online by
visiting the friends website and click at the voucher on the bonus
page for the Redemption form. The friends vouchers can be picked
up at the counter or be sent to you by mail subsequently.
