IKEA friends VISA Card Terms and Conditions

1. All IKEA friends VISA Card members are eligible to participate in the IKEA friends VISA Card programme.
   
   
2. The subscription fee for the IKEA friends Visa Card is $50 for the main card and $30 for supplementary card for 2 years. The subscription fees for the first 2 years will be waived. Each main Cardmember may apply for a maximum of 2 supplementary cards.
   
   
3. To accumulate friends Bonus Points and OCBC$, Cardmembers must produce their card to the cashier before purchases are recorded. The Card must also be produced when ordering benefit priced items at the Sales Counter. Cardmember benefits and/or privileges may not be enjoyed if the Card is not presented.
   
   
4. Cardmembers earn friends Bonus Points and OCBC$ with every dollar spent at IKEA Alexandra and/or IKEA Tampines. No friends Bonus Point will be credited for any remaining purchase(s) not exceeding $10. OCBC$ accumulated can be used to redeem IKEA vouchers and other OCBC rewards. Cardmembers are also eligible to other discounts, benefits and 0% Interest Instalment Plan (IPP) which are offered to OCBC Credit Cardmembers.
   
   
5. Purchases of IKEA gift vouchers, food & beverages items or charges on kitchen/flooring installation, sewing, delivery & assembly services are not eligible for earning friends Bonus Points.
   
   
6. If a Cardmember refunds/returns any item for which friends Bonus Points have been credited, IKEA shall be entitled to adjust the corresponding number of friends Bonus Points accordingly.
   
   
7. friends Bonus Points and OCBC$ accumulated from the spending on main and supplementary Cards are combined and the balance will be stated in the monthly statements. The payment cycle ends on the 15th of each month.
   
   
8. The subscription for the Card and friends Bonus Points will expire every 2 years while OCBC$ will expire every 12 months. A biennial fee will be levied upon renewal. However, Cardmembers will have their membership fee waived on their renewals if their purchases are above $5,000 or 50% of the fee will be waived if $600 is spent within the preceding 2 years in IKEA Alexandra and/or IKEA Tampines.
   
   
9. Cardmembers must inform OCBC when any Card is lost, stolen, or when there is a change in personal particulars. If this is not done, IKEA will not be accountable for any consequence and any loss of benefits and/or privileges. All terms & conditions of IKEA’s ‘Return Policy’ will apply to all purchases made by Cardmembers.
   
   
10. IKEA and OCBC shall be entitled to alter and amend any of these terms and conditions, and to terminate any Card it any time without prior notice.
    
11. All IKEA friends VISA Cardmembers must be a resident of Singapore, have a minimum annual income of $30,000 and be at least 21 years old.
