How to become a friends member

IKEA Singapore has a unique customer loyalty programme known as friends. You just have to spend $300 or more on the same day and present your cash register receipt within 14 days in person at the friends counter on level 2. Sales orders, receipts used by existing members, credit card and NETS payment slips are not accepted.

Membership lasts for two years and can be renewed on an biennial basis by paying a fee of $25. However, this fee will be waived if $600 is spent within the preceding two years.

As a friends member, you will enjoy exclusive perks such as:

  • 2 cups of free beverages and 2 discounted friend's meals every time you visit the store.
  • Discounts on selected IKEA products.
  • Invitations to sales previews and informational talks.
  • Receiving store updates through the friends newsletter 3 times a year.
  • A Bonus Points system whereby every $10 spent earns you one Bonus Point and you can redeem attractive free gifts from 50 points onwards.

If you are a holder of both cards, please note that the Bonus Points of both cards are accumulated separately, and are not combined. The Bonus Points of each card expires in 2 years according to the respective membership-period of each card.
