| Ok, eBay auction is a website where people sell or buy new or old product. Just type in www.ebay.com.sg. Once you in the web site look for search for item, just type in Nikkala sofa, Ikea sofa or word that you can think of and try your luck. Then wait for the system to search for you. | UUUTUBE1234, I have this bad experience before too, when I want to buy GOTEBORG sofa cover, (purchase at $1,199) and they answer the same way, discon LIAO. Luckily I management to find the cover at the internet auction eBay Singapore, if cannot find, you can try oversea eBay. Yeah Yahoo auction also can try. Wish you good luck, this is the best I can help you.  |

| Hi, I hope IKEA customer service can help me, I brought IKEA Nikkala Sofa 3years ago, last week I went to IKEA Alexandra Store, and the sales staff say is discontinued sofa and don't sell there cover anymore. But my sofa still got 2 year guarantee left, so how I’m I going to do now? Throw away my sofa which the frame still in good condition. Please help me, Chinese New Year is coming, I hope I can get a new cover especially the red cover one, which I’m interested in. Please get back to me ASAP; your help will be very much appreciated.  |
